SmartPie is a scientific research program on piezo technology. The aim is to strengthen the innovative position of the Dutch high tech industry by providing it with new piezo materials and applications. The research is funded by participating companies and universities as well as by the Dutch SmartMix program.

TAUCHI is a unit at the Department of Computer Sciences at the University of Tampere in Finland. Together with TAUCHI, Aito is carrying out multidisciplinary research in human-technology interactions to harmonize and develop the gap between technology and human abilities, needs, and limitations.
